Michelle Sangers works within the Corporate Law practice group and the Insolvency Law practice group. She assists entrepreneurs with advice and, if the case requires it, she represents entrepreneurs in legal proceedings.
Within her practice, Michelle has a particular interest in corporate litigation (in particular shareholder disputes), (disstressed) m&a, bankruptcy and liability proceedings and venture capital transactions and participations.
Michelle has been chairman of the Rechtswinkel Overleg Zuid Oost Nederland (ROZON) and secretary of Stichting Rechtswinkel Nijmegen-Oost. She has also provided various training courses for students in the areas of corporate and civil law.
