Liselot has many years of experience in corporate law. She advises corporates and their (supervisory) directors and shareholders and investors in corporate and commercial litigation matters and transactions (mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, investment rounds and participations).
Liselot represents SME entrepreneurs, listed Dutch and foreign companies, (private equity and venture capital) investors and private individuals. A distinctive part of her practice is devoted to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and participations. She also supports clients in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, shareholder disputes and liability proceedings.
