Fleur Diderich works in the insolvency and corporate law practice groups, where she assists entrepreneurs in everything they encounter in the legal field. Among other things, she advises and litigates on (directors’) liability issues, contract law, commercial disputes, conflicts within corporate structures and on all facets of bankruptcy and the period preceding it.
In addition, Fleur is regularly appointed by the court as receiver in bankruptcies and supports other receivers of the insolvency law practice group.
