Lucia is an attorney-at-law who specialises in civil real estate and administrative law. As such, she advises and where necessary litigates on various issues relating to among others enforcement, permits, project development, rental law, environmental law, apartment law and liability. Lucia is particularly specialized in issues where public and private law connect. She has conducted a considerable amount of proceedings on the Services Directive and scarce rights and has thus been involved in several judgments that are now considered standard case law on this doctrine.
