Fréderique works within the construction and real estate practice group. She mainly focuses on advising and litigating in the areas of tenancy law, property rights, real estate transactions and contract law. Her clients include landlords, tenants, investors and property developers.
Before joining Wieringa Advocaten, Fréderique worked as a tenancy law attorney at a medium-sized law firm in Rotterdam.
