About Thijs

Thijs van Overeem is a part of the corporate law and insolvency law practice groups. Thijs advises companies and entrepreneurs and represents them in court where necessary. His focus areas include:

  • corporate governance;
  • financing and security rights (property law);
  • contractual disputes (contract law); and
  • the liability of directors and other parties involved.

In addition, Thijs has gained experience through insolvency practice with the legal issues that arise in connection with companies in distress: before, during and after bankruptcy proceedings.
