Reorganisation and Restructuring
Reorganisations are far-reaching for both the organisation and its employees. We offer support in the preparation and implementation of reorganisations and restructuring, so that these proceed efficiently, both in time and expense. Participation bodies (a works council) may also benefit from our help. And reorganisations within government agencies fall within our sphere of activity as well.
