Construction Law

Construction Law

In our construction practice, we assist parties from the beginning of a project right through to the transfer. We act on behalf of contractors, project commissioners, architects or engineering and consultancy firms. Sometimes our clients have landed in a construction dispute, or such a dispute is impending. In other cases, advice is needed to prevent a dispute in advance and to limit the risks as much as possible. In the construction process, much can be gained by properly documenting all agreements that are made.
