Lex Bruinhof has many years of experience in Intellectual Property and Media Law, which he frequently applies in the fields of Internet and ICT. He also assists companies and organisations, in these and other domains, in drawing up contracts covering a variety of subjects. In our Health Care practice, he is actively involved in the areas of alliances, (ICT-) contracts and general management advice.
A distinctive part of his practice is devoted to non-profit and charitable institutions, many in the field of animal welfare. Lex further spends one day a week at the University of Amsterdam, where he lectures on Copyright and Information Law for arts and media students. His connection to the academic world is further evidenced in regular representation of universities, scholars and scientists in cases concerning alleged infringement of academic and scientific integrity.
