Arco Siemons specialises in the fields of Employment Law and Government Employment. He primarily advises and litigates in these areas on matters such as collective bargaining agreements and terms and conditions of employment, but he also handles individual and collective industrial disputes. He has extensive experience in reorganisations and in drawing up and applying redundancy packages or (social) policy frameworks. He represents care institutions under private and public law, companies and governmental authorities. Arco is also experienced in the field of corporate litigation.
Graduated in Leiden, Practising since 1989. Completed specialist course in Conflict Management at the University of Maastricht; specialist courses in Employment law and Health management law at Grotius Academy.
Other Professional Activities: Substiute judge at the court of Rotterdam. Lecturer-trainer with the the Academy for Legislation/Academy for Government Lawyers in the Hague.
